The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer will hit 14 cities throughout the Northeast U.S., as well as dates across Canada with his newly announced outing that the veteran singer-songwriter dubs as the "(Pretty Much) Somewhat Acoustic Tour." Pollstar reports on Nov. 15 that the "Running on Empty" hit maker unveiled the dates on Tuesday at his official Jackson Browne website. Accompanying the multi-platinum seller on almost all U.S. shows and select Canadian dates will be multi-instrumentalist and longtime Browne associate Greg Leisz. Nickel Creek founders Sara and Sean Watkins will add their bluegrass talents to several stops in Canada, as well as on a stop in Staten Island, New York. The spring romp begins on April 5 in Hershey, Pennsylvania, at Hershey Theatre. The 2007 Songwriters Hall of Fame inductee and company will play mostly in intimate theaters settings in smaller markets in the U.S. Hershey Theatre is located in the center of Hershey, Pennsylvania.
