As pictured, you are bidding on an original oil on canvas painting (actual image is approximately 41" x 33") by Thomas Cibort. "Liberty Sweepstakes" is his interpretation/recreation of a poster advertising a car race at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway on Saturday May 31st 1919. This was the 7th running of the Indianapolis 500. This unframed oil painting on stretched canvas will be shipped rolled up (overall approximate size 47" x 36"). Once properly framed this "racing poster" will display nicely. There is a slight crease pictured just below the word Speedway and some very minor imperfections to my overly critical eye. Enjoy!
