Moms Are Special decorative plaque yard stick quilting - $20 - (Duluth, MN)

This is a vintage item, possibly hand made. The frame is made from old yardsticks. Outer dimensions are 5 3/8" x 4 1/4" x a little over a 1/4" Inside print measures 3 1/8" x 2". Attached hanger is jute. From a smoke free, pet free home. I take Paypal and ship the next business day after payment is received. I use recycled packing materials. Thanks for looking!
