The TomTom Spark Cardio was featured on the Warrior Dash series which is why I purchased it. I only used it a few times when I received another fitness watch as a gift. I didn't want to sell the gift so I decided to sell the watch I had bought. It is barely used and nothing is wrong with it. That is why I discounted it from it's usual price of $250 and am offering free shipping.The TomTom Cardio Spark Music can be used while swimming, biking and running. It can measure your heart bpm and can track you by GPS. It has the ability to play music (stores up to 500 songs) so you don't have to worry about carrying an Ipod or your phone with you. It is water resistant to 50M. It tracks your active minutes as well as your sleeping time, tracks steps, miles, calories burned etc. I would recommend this watch for anyone who likes to workout and follow their progress.
