SHURE V15 TYPE IV CARTRIDGE AND VN45MR MICRORIDGE STYLUS I believe this Cartridge to have a genuine VN45MR Stylus but I do not know for shure:)  I found it in this setup and in this condition.  You may want to clean the unit further, but it works great.
