Civil war Lee art frame - $100 - (Franklin, WV)

Someone punched this design in a sheet of brass apparently around Dec 25 1909, which is lightly written on the back. Also the date may 21-10 is on the back. Either picture or postcard of lee. This is some kind of folk art and probably one of a kind.
