Rare SQ Panasonic CQ-TX 5500W Vacuum Tube CD - MODIFIED FOR PURE SQ - $999 - (Albion, IN)

Great working unit! Has a nos 60's tube installed very nice midrange and highs with this tube. This tube cost me $100. Not your average tube. Unit has been modified to increase on the already incredible sound of the unit . . Need better pics email me first. Every thing ready to wire up.and enjoy !! All sales are videoed to show it working . So no returns. This unit is the W ( world-wide ) had US tuner also. Most of these good for $800??factory. Here has what has been improved on this unit. Here are some pics of the Panny mods. I built a whole new output circuit for it that includes new opamps, coupling caps, power supply decoupling and the new single ended output stage. Removed the internal amp also. ( who uses factory amps , right ? )
