Kawasaki 19.2V 19.2 Volt Drill 690075-1HR 691034 690507 AS IS Has Issues - $22 - (Prairie du Chien, WI)

For sale is a kawasaki 19.2v drill. It comes as pictured with case, drill, charger, and two batteries. Tested and has issues. Neither battery appears very strong. Charger seems to work fine. Drill doesn't seem to work as it should. possible chance it is the batteries but seems like the drill. The drill only runs when the trigger is pulled in most of the way but doesn't run when the trigger is fully pushed in. Tools do have marks/stains. Sold as is as pictured.
