This is nice, lightly used Porter Cable 8604 battery charger. 12-14.4v. Tested and lights work. Shipping is free. Hello, couple things: 1st, I DO have a return policy, but I don’t loan items out for 14 days. Also, 95% of items I sell are used. That means they will NOT be new. I try hard to describe them to best of my ability. I’ve done this for 15 years. I’m not trying to rip anybody off. If you’re unhappy with a product, please contact me by e-mail 1st. Also, 99.9% of time I SHIP within ONE BUSINESS DAY, but, I CANNOT SHIP on SATURDAY. Also, my shipping prices are very reasonable, I think, as I use Fed-Ex on many items, which is cheaper than UPS.
