Battery and charger not included. I did put a battery in it and it did turn on. That is all I did. I am not an expert on this item, that s why I did the bare minimum to test this item because I didn't want to damage it in anyway.  Please see pictures and you be the judge on details and condition. I did not clean it because I did t want to damage it in any way.  Comes with scuffs and scratches. I only ship to the continental United States 48 states.
