altec lansing loudspeaker pair 9264a ab8500 - $1,200 - (Cedar, MN)

This auction is for both tops and both bottoms. This is a 3 way design that when set up properly sounds excellent. Great for a church or business. If you are nuts enough you could use these for home theater. This was my intent but they ended up being too physically large for my room. They are a beige color and are a veneer. 2 15 inch woofers in each bottom cabinet. I believe the woofers to be electro voice evm 15b. They are cast with large magnets. They can play at VERY high volumes. The top cabinet is a duplex horn with a 12 inch mid range horn coupled to a 2 inch compression driver. They do require set up and proper EQ. I was using a behringer DCX2496 to do so. These are large and heavy- about 125 lbs per cabinet x 4. I will drive a reasonable distance to meet someone if required.
