1971 Fender Jazz bass guitar - $2,000 - (Raleigh, NC)
1971 Fender Jazz, plays fantastic and sounds killer. Some non-original things, pickups and bridge replaced, the nut and frets have just been redone. There were some truss rod issues that have been completely fixed by Galloup Guitars in MI, which is when the frets and nut were done. The results is an absolute fabulously playing vintage jazz, no buzz at all. Neck stamp is smudged, have seen this a few times and also that A on the heel, unfortunate but not that uncommon. The bartolini pickups are strong and clear, very in your face if you want it t be and of course can be rolled off. Original finish has honest wear no relic job can recreate. Comes with the original hardshell which isn't pretty but still doing the job. If you wanted that relic look while having a beast of a player, here you go!
