JCs tattoos custom handmade tattoo machine #48. This is a pro shader machine that has a heat treated frame and dollar bill wrapped coils. The machine is made of 1018 steel and has been arc welded for a strong solid build. It has hand cut and tuned blue steel springs on it that have been tuned to the specific machine. The machine has been tuned fully loaded with needle and grip set up and locked in the vice and a rubber band in place. This shader machine is tuned to run at 7 volts with a 51% duty cycle. It will produce 90 loaded cps and 112 unloaded cps. The shader machine is set up as a solid hitter with a long through that will push a 13 mag no problem.
