Very old Vintage,Primitive Cast Iron Blacksmith Forged Communion Wafer Press. That is about 32" Long for the total length and round Disc on the other end that is about 6" Across, Opening to Two carved Plates with pictures on.the inside. Made for a Wedding Ceremony or a communion service or another event, a Date is carved into the cast Iron , O, 22 1787, and the Initials S.H.H.or H.H.S. Also For a Feminine side. And the Other side is a Lion For the man. Got this 30 year's ago at a local home Auction ( Family Name, Granseth). It is a Norwegian Artifact . 230 Years.Old. It's a Museum Piece.
