What a fantastic, correlating group to add some summer love to your collection! And rare indeed....Each doll is a gem and pure 80s! All three are factory sealed in the box/never opened :) *Boxes have shelf wear... please look at the photos and let me know if you need more! Specifics on each doll: Deluxe Tropical Barbie #2996 released by Mattel in 1985. This is the Barbie with the longest hair and comes with her surf board, hat, bathing suit, change-around ruffle, wrap skirt, beach bag, towel, sunglasses, fins, snorkel, mask, brush, 4 magazines, and a camera. Music Lovin' Ken #2388 was released in Canada, Europe and Mexico. In France he was also known as Ken Tempo or Ken Super Tempo, in Germany as Music Ken, in Italy and Spain as Ken Music, and in Canada as Ken Melomane. Only the Canadian version describes his personal stereo as a ‘Walkman’, so presumably Mattel only had the Walkman name rights for North America.
