I Diane S Jones, on behalf of the Parker Heirs who are heirs of Randolph A Parker by way of Pat and Katie Walling now deceased, formerly of Wichita Falls, Wichita Texas am serving notice to the National Locator Services, JB Energy and any related parties through out Texas that we are filing a complaint with the Rusk County Court, disputing your ownership and interest in the Booth Freeman wells 1-16 and Sanders gas unit 1.We allege you acquired your interest fraudulently back in 1987 and we intend to redeem that interest as it rightfully belongs to the Parker Heirs.
