This comes with the original instruction booklet, a Pfaff metal box of accessories, and a knee / foot pedal. It is serial number 6794425. We have tested this out and it sews beautifully - very smoothly. This machine has been used and cared for and has signs of normal cosmetic wear. Looks like the power cord may have been replaced at some point. I do have the beautiful wooden cabinet this machine came out of available in a separate listing - it will be sold with pick up only - no shipping. No odors - from a smoke-free home.
