RARE ANTIQUE FRENCH VICTORIAN SILK COLLAR. Measures 14" wide x 13" high. Some wear. Note the double layer. I feel the Fabric is silk...but can't be certain. Please see pictures. Appears the fabric has lightened spots and the ribbon tie has come off 1 side.
