Blizzard Lighting PIXELLICIOUS LED Lighting V3 I bought this item at auction. The 1st photo is stock the rest are of the actual item. I tried to get it to work but I could not could be user error I don't know. It powers on says version pixellicious V3 but lights do not come on.
