Antique apothecary grain/gram balance scale. No manufacturer markings. Cast iron body with 95%+ original remaining factory paint, nickel plated brass measurement slide, full set of solid brass weights in walnut holder and solid brass pans with factory original gold paint. Weights stamped: 50, 1, 1/2, 5 and 2. This unmolested and unrestored scale is rated in very good to excellent condition. No evidence of alterations, damage or repairs. Very light surface rust on unpainted undercarriage. Dimensions: 10" wide x 4" deep x 7.5" high.
