Brass Balance Scale with Brass Weights and Original Case --Attorney Gift - $45 - (Manti, UT)

We found this is a Paris antiques market and thought it to be a French antique "Trebuchet" balance scale but....not the case. When we looked very,very closely is says, "Made in India," which is not a good thing for a French antique. Our loss is your gain though because it still looks nice even though not a French Antique. We thought it a wonderful gift idea for a law school graduate, one of recent vintage or from whenever. It certainly would look nice in a law office displayed by all those distinguished diplomas. It is intact with all the parts and weights in a lacquer covered case. The case has some scrapes on the outside. Inside it is lined with velvet. We will ship it for free and accept your return if you are not happy or the recipient fails to pass the BAR Exam.
