HP 86230B RF Plug-in 1.8 to 4.2 GHz for use with 8620 8350 - $175 - (Deep River, ON)

For sale is an HP 86230B RF sweeper plug-in that covers 1.8 to 4.2 GHz It is used with an HP 8620C sweeper mainframe, or HP8350 sweeper mainframe using the 11869A adapter. These items are not included. The Power Level works and controls the output from about -29dBm to +13dBm. However the internal leveling only partly works from -29dBm to -22dBm at which point the “unleveled” light come on. The full frequency range output at maximum power is shown in the picture. It puts out more than +10 dBm as shown. I believe the problem with the leveling is minor and could be easily fixed. An original HP printed manual with schematics is included, see photos. Also included is the large schematic shown in a picture. I can reduce the price if you don't want the manual, ask. The frequency is close (2, 3, 4 GHz reads 1.999, 2.992, 3.992 GHz with a few minutes warm up). There is a scratch on the front panel, Note rear RF Out connector but can be modified to front (there is a hole behind the trim). I will be listing other plug-ins in the next few days.
