Rare 50s Baby Buggy Carriage Looks Like 1940s-50s Car For Restoration - $150 - (Frankston, TX)

Pardon the pictures, they were taken in the loft where it has been for many years. It is about 29" long 22" high 22" wide with a 31" handle with wood gripping area. It has metal chrome fenders to make it look like a car. It all needs to be redone but is a great project and would not be hard. Have you ever seen one like this? It is sold As Is no returns for any reason. I would prefer a pick up but could take off handle and pack. (It would not be cheap because of size a UPS or Fed Ex Box? )
