Boston & Sandwich Glass "Hinoto" (Diamond Point with Panels) covered tobacco jar. Made in the 1850's, Flint glass with nice tone when flicked. 6" tall to top of lid, 3 7/8" across bottom. Fine example of early flint glass. No chips or scratches, surprising for its age and use. We carefully wrap and double box all merchandise to avoid damage. Inv. # 2-93
