This is the all digital version of the digidesign 192 interface, for use with protools hd systems with core card (not included). There are 16 inputs and 16 outputs, plus extra 2 ch digital in and out on xlr (aes). 1-8 (ins and outs) can be aes, tdif, or adat 9-16 (ins and outs) can be aes, tdif, or adat The unit is working perfectly. We used it in conjunction with an avid 192 I/o for the digital ins. We no longer need it as we no longer need the digital ins and outs. This auction is for the interface only. No software, no cables. If it is not shown in the pics, it is not included. Please check the avid site to check system requirements and comparability. This system has been thoroughly checked out, has been in daily use in a professional environment, is working as intended, and is sold as is.
