ANTIQUE BRANDT AUTOMATIC CASHIER ART DECO DRAGON MINT CONDITION This listing is for a Brandt Automatic Cashier called 'The Winged Dragon', manufactured by Brandt Mfg Co. It was invented by Edward J. Brandt who founded Brandt Mfg. Co. in Watertown, Wisconsin in the 1900's. This machine is in excellent working condition. It is missing one button on the key #93 The operation of the Brandt Automatic Cashier is to make quick payment of change by the depression of keys, thus eliminating making it necessary to hand count individual coins to make change. All the keys work beautifully. Amongst this machines aesthetic highlights are nickel-plated cast iron with fancy art novo winged dragons on the sides and swirled designs throughout. There is a brass maker's tag on back with patent dates. Dimensions: 11"H x 11"W x 14"D This antique machine is in beautiful perfect working order and could be used in multiple retail operations today.
