Roseville Pottery Donatello Jardiniere And Pedestal 575-8, Perfect Size 23" Tall Excellent Condition, Superior Glazes, Gorgeous Rich Greens, Browns and Cream colors. Perfect Size - not too big and not too small - overall height is 23 inches. Also has one of the most attractive Donatello Pedestal styles (look at others to see what we mean). Very early 1916 Roseville. The Jard. is 8 inches high with an 8 inch opening and about 10 1/2 at its widest. The Pedestal is properly sized to the Jard. and is 15 inches tall, 6 1/2 inches at the top and 8 1/2 inches at the bottom. Sparkling clean with typical minor large Jardiniere and Pedestal issues; the Pedestal has a essentially hidden chip on its base ring, and the jardiniere has a few very tight stress lines with a tiny nick on one of them (see photos), both have typical crazing for Donatello.
