Vintage 1960s Vendo Coke Coca-Cola Vending Machine H154A Backlit Front - $600 - (Aberdeen, NC)

I bought this at an auction from a collector who was selling his own private collection of vintage memorabilia from the 1950s/1960s. The end of the power cord was stuck in a door when he was moving and the plug ripped clean off. He gave me the original plug but it would need to be wired back together. Up until he moved a few years ago he was using it in his game room and he said it worked fine, cooled his drinks, accepted quarters, the Coke sign lit up, etc. He also popped the lock on the door so he could empty the change out when it filled because he didn't have the original key. As you can see from the photos he took really good care of it over the years. It has no rust but some scuffs to the paint as shown. Overall the colors are very bright, crisp and clean. The innards are in amazing shape and look almost brand new. The original inspection papers were sitting inside the door there as if it was still 1963. It is hard to coke by machines in this good of shape.
