For the top layer I used fireman flannel fabrics, and appliqued firetrucks, and dalmatian dog and a fire hydrant. The middle is snuggly soft white flannel and the back is grey chevron flannel. I quilted this quilt in the traditional rag quilt fashion and double stitched seams. It measures approximately 36" X 36". This quilt is ready to be shipped to you. It has been rinsed in fresh clear water and dried once to start the softening and ragging process. This quilt is snuggly soft and will become softer and fluffier with each wash.Easy care instructions: Machine wash separately in cold water on gentle cycle – dry on low.This would make an excellent baby shower gift for that special little one.
