Great working condition. The only reason I am getting rid of it is because I upgraded cameras and no longer need it. Great accessory to make a DV tape camera digital. Included with purchase is a card reader as well as 2-32gb and 2-16gb CF cards. Please read... battery door dose not stay closed so that is why you see black tape to keep it closed. Does not effect functionality of unit overall though.
