MONSTER HUGE AFRICA OLD SCHOOL MAP Vintage Wenschow Cloth Relief Color 64x84 OOP - $165 - (Chapel Hill, NC)

Here is an absolutely incredible HUGE pull down school map from Karl Wenschow of Munchen, West Germany dating to the 1960s. This is a canvas/cloth map that measures about 64" wide X 84" tall! It is 7' tall!!! It has the poles on both ends and rolls up and down easily. This is the nicest map I have seen in quite a while. I don't see any markings, water damage or significant creases. Colors are bright and vibrant, there are no smells at all, no yellowing, just a very very clean map. There is very minor curling on the left side. You will not be disappointed with this old map. Pull down maps are a great treasure of the past, both informative and decorative and make great focal points in your home. They also make great gifts.
