Shipwreck Artifacts U.S.S. NEW HAMPSHIRE 1817-1922 - $40 - (Nacogdoches, TX)
Up for bids is this collection of artifacts recovered off the U.S.S. NEW HAMPSHIRE. The NEW HAMPSHIRE had a colorful sailing history which began in 1817 and ended when it sank in 1922 while being towed to Maine after being decommissioned in July of 1922. The artifacts include copper nails forged at Paul Revere's foundry, belts buckles, and a key. The artifacts come from the personal collection of well know author and maritime historian Edward Rowe Snow and come with their original C.O.A. with Snow's name on it. Tthese artifacts are considered scarce and come in a glass topped display case ready for display. Good luck! Also, please be sure to check out my other listings including other shipwreck artifacts including the 1715 Fleet!
