Beachside Bungalow Dollhouse Kit With Chimney From Real Good Toys - $80 - (Lake Placid, FL)

This is a used beach side bungalow .. it was attempt to be put together but never finished. all the parts seem to be there the floor has been finished with a nice wood stain and clear-coated nothing else was painted the base for the house was put together but I disassemble it to put it back in the box ... from what I have seen this is a 1in scale house any questions please feel free to contact me..
