Up 1st, we'll pour you the stunning Toscana Rosso from Podere Il Palazzino, 1 of the great estates in Chianti. Up next, we're pouring a Cannonau (aka Grenache) from Sardinia from Antonio Sanguineti. Be warned -- we are down to the last few cases of this 1 and it's drinking really well right now. To finish, we'll pour you a splash of a perfectly aged Super Tuscan from Montepeloso, 1 of the all-stars of coastal Tuscany.
