Ultimate dream dollhouse ready to enjoy!!! This huge, handcrafted Queen Anne Estate dollhouse (Real Good Toys) is completely finished and furnished and measures 50"x24"x49". 1"scale, quality construction using 3/8" milled clapboard. The outstanding detail of this beautiful, Victorian dollhouse includes a grand entryway, wrap-around two story porch, posts with beaded moldings and hand-painted exterior and spindles. 7 different styles of shingles were individually applied. There are 2 side access panels and an attic tower with access door. There is a generous 10" floor to ceiling height. This house is being sold completely furnished and ready to love. Quality furnishings include a Reutter porcelain bathroom, and gorgeous chandeliers. Everything in the dollhouse photos, including dolls and well over 100 minis is included in the purchase. Wallpaper, paint curtains, floors etc are ALL COMPLETED. This house is electrified with some, but not all, of the chandeliers, lights and outlets working (see Photos). There is a short in the tapewire system that I believe can be relatively easily fixed by someone handy. This house took me hundreds of hours to complete. I will be relocating and am hoping to find a great home for this wonderful dollhouse. The photos don't do it justice :-) Dollhouse has been well cared for and is sold as-is.
