FANTASTIC FIND! Fine paper is always a sight to behold, and this Tiffany Box with beautiful, elegant notes and envelopes in it is a perfect example. The cards are ivory, with the Tiffany Pineapple embossed in the middle in silver ink, and they come with matching envelopes too, just as classic as the cards they house. The envelopes are embossed with "Tiffany & Co. New York" underneath the flaps on the left side, the embossing is raised. The cards measure approx. 3 1/8" wide by approx 4 1/2" long. The envelopes are 4 3/8" long by a shade under 3 3/8" wide. They are not rigid like card stock. They are more like thicker sheets of stationery with a fold resembling that of a card. Very refined, and those in the know will not need to see the Tiffany embossing to know that the Pineapple is a Tiffany icon. The cards, when held up to the light, show the distinctive Tiffany & Co. watermark. The box is definitely vintage. Even the font of the words Tiffany & Co. in front is different. The box is cardboard and does have considerable shelf wear. Someone has even written Pineapple on the side as you can see in the photos. Perfect for accompanying gifts, or just to send a short but thoughtful note. You will receive 90 notes and 90 envelopes. The box measures 8.75" long by 5 1/8" wide, and is 3 3/8" tall.
