antique HEUBACH shoulder head bisque doll w/ leather kid body - $120 - (Centerville, TN)
Antique Heubach shoulder head bisque doll. Marked "made in Germany" and incised horse shoe logo. I believe this doll is the same as a # 275, just not marked with any #. Doll measures approx. 18 inches in height. She is dressed with pantaloons and a very nice antique teired lace under-dress. A unusual purple "Merlin the magician-esk" long whimsey gown is the finnish to her fashion statement. She has no shoes,nor wig or pate. All the dolls I sell are from a vast estate collection of my mothers. This dolls brown sleep eyes need to be set, most likely mom did'nt finnish the task of completing her with wig & pate because of the eyes. Photo 7 shows eyes. Doll needs the finnishing touches of wig and eyes set, ...doll has a good bisque shoulder head and a well above average antique leather kid body. MOST MY DOLLS FOR SALE HAVE A RETURN POLICY.
