TWO TINY ANTIQUE GERMAN ALL-BISQUE DOLLHOUSE DOLLS IN HOT AIR BALLOON Balloon and basket made from crocheted or tatted burnt orange materials Over an antique light bulb. The bulb is a very large and very unusual bulb, over 100 years old, approximately a diameter of 5". The two dolls are a male and female and are complete and original. The male is 5" tall and the girl is about 3" tall. Both have mohair wigs. The male's wig is attached to his hat and is removable. He has painted hair underneath. His outfit is exquisitely made and very detailed. The girl has a brown mohair wig, a delicately painted face, and an elaborate dress with a big front bow. Inside the basket is a large, crocheted brown basket, which is secured to the bottom of the hot air balloon basket. The small spheres you see hanging in the picture are actually weights, made from marbles. This item is a VERY RARE find, and a treasure for the serious collector of small antique dolls. It has been in our family, which has always been a smoke-free home, for about 40 years.
