Hitachi S-2700 SEM Scanning Electron Microscope This listing is for a Hitachi S-2700 Scanning Electron Microscope. It is being listed for parts because we do not have the capabilities to test the unit. It was received from a company clean out during upgrade. The system include the microscope along with the control / display station. Both units are in good physical condition, with some normal signs of use around the casing. Please note, the rear cover for the display / control center is missing. Please view all photos prior to bidding. We took many photos of the exterior and interior of the units. If you would like additional photos, send us a message and we can send more. We do not have the capabilities to power the unit on, because we do not have a certified technician who can wire and power the unit on. The interior components do not show obvious signs of damage but that is no guarantee on their functionally. (i.e. burn spots, heavy physical damage, etc). Because we cannot fully test the unit, it is being sold as-is and for parts. We are unaware of any issues, but please do not make any assumptions about its functionality. The unit is listed for local pick up, if you would like the item shipped, we would be happy to pallatize and secure the unit for you. To properly secure and protect the unit, there is an additional $50 pallatization fee.
