This watch was made for the first motor show which was held in Paris in 1895. There is reference to this silver pocket watch on page 15 of Art and The Automobile by D B Tubbs c1978. Automobile memorabilia from this period is quite rare. This movement is Waltham serial number 14476283...7 jewel...This is not working... .
