Vintage Pocket Watch Stand Holder Scrolled Brass Velvet Support Wonderful 1900's - $150 - (Marco Island, FL)

I offer for sale a vintage brass Pocket watch holder with beautiful display for a special pocket watching. Unmarked, Circa 1900s. The details of holder or stand is fascinating.During the Victorian era no home was without one of these watch holder. In the evening, a gentleman or a lady could hang his or her pocket watch from the hook with the pocket watch face visible through the front. This holder is 6 1/4" high and just over 4.5" wide at the base. This holder's design and size will accommodate a watch that is approximately 2.5" size watch. It is in excellent condition with no breaks or repairs. The velvet on the holder's face is original and does show fading. The pocket watches shown in the pictures are not included in the sale.
