Ebony Jewel, a pony finals Champion producer. Buddy is bred to perform and is 1 of the few Rosmel Scarlet Legacy foals in the Nation. Buddy is solid on the flat and started over cross rails and low verticals. With limited showing he has achieved a Reserve Championship in WPCSA Halter and English Pleasure, Jr. to ride.
