I've been collecting antique toys since 1964 and this is the first example of this this penny toy I've ever seen. I've looked in all my toy books ( I have dozens), I've looked online, and I've looked at past penny toy auctions, and have not seen another! Does that make it rare? Probably not, but it's at the very least scarce! Looks to be in great shape and it works perfect with the horse going up and down as it's pushed or pulled along.
