Stands up, puts cigar to mouth, eyes open and close, smokes (lightly, but it could be our batteries) Toy is in good condition for the age. The only notable flaw on the toy is missing hair on his sideburns and the label on the bottom is torn. Could also benefit from a good cleaning. Box is in poor condition. Torn and dirty.
