“Commitment Experiment” Wanted: Core Meditation Group Hello All, I am seeking folks who would be willing to be a “core group” who commit to the next 4 Westminster Meditation Community meetings. What purpose would this serve? Having a core group of folks who commit can help hold uphold the energy of this new community while word gets out and it attracts more folks to keep it rolling on a bi-weekly basis. Essentially, this group becomes the energetic “container” that holds and welcomes all who join us. This group demonstrates commitment to meditation practice- to learning to work with their minds. Meditation will not work for you unless you commit to it and make it a regular practice. Then it can have transforming effects. Committing to 4 meetings is a wonderful start! What is the cost? Nothing. It is free. I just ask you commit to the next 4 meetings (only missing if it is a absolute emergency) Dates are bi-weekly: March eighth, March 22nd, April fifth & April 19th.
