Sooty Buckskin Mustang Gelding - $2,500 - (Fremont, MI)

Beau is an 8 yr old Mustang gelding that I purchased from a private party in 2016 as a fall project. Stunning sooty buckskin color with 3 white anklets and stands 56ins tall. Nice confirmation pretty head thick mane and tail....and moves pretty nice. Ive been working with him extensively on ground work to prepare him for riding this spring. Ive worked with him in hand on our obstacle course taught him to lead tie clip trailer lunge round pen ground drive and started some liberty work. Hes gone camping once last fall and was ponied on the trail really did good! Very alert responsive and super smart. He still has some what of a questioning attitude...just insecure. He had a rough time last year with foot root...when we got him he was a mess. His frogs were totally ate away and it was painful for him to walk. They have finally grown out and he is moving so much better now. Due to this issue I didnt focus on riding last fall...I focused on fixing his feet building trust and a relationship.
