FJA modded 2010 Splawn Nitro 100 watt Guitar Amp - $1,700 - (Marcy, NY)

Hi, I'm selling a 2010 Splawn Nitro that I recently had modded by FJA Mods. This is a mid production 100 watt Nitro with the loop master volume and Heyboer transformers. The amp retains much of the stock Nitro character but now has an improved midrange voicing, improved resonance control, wider EQ range, improved clean channel and more gain/saturation as well as the addition of a push-pull gain boost. I also had him install a fresh quad of Sovtek 6550 power tubes for extended low and high end response. It cost $513 for the mod including tax, not counting the cost of new tubes. The quality of the mod work is second to none and it made a huge improvement in the tone and functionality of the amp. This amp is in excellent, almost mint condition. It has a few minor scuffs in the tolex on the back on the amp, a very small tear on the bottom left corner that could easily be glued shut and the logo has a slight scuff. Everything works as it should and the amp sounds excellent! Why am I selling it? I recently purchased a rare amp I've been hunting for years and now the Splawn is redundant in my setup. It's a truly killer amp, I won't be disappointed if it stays around.
