1864-S $10 Gold PCGS Fine Details. 2500 mintage, 25 known in all grades combined - $47,500 - (Wallingford, CT)

I've been buying and selling coins since the late 1970's. This is the first time I've handled an 1864-S $10 in any grade. This is normally the last coin found when assembling a set of $10 Liberty's. It is second in rarity to the 1875, but for some reason shows up even less often. PCGS # 8640 ------------------------------------- About my firm: I'm a member of the prestigious Professional Numismatists Guild (PNG) since 2006. Member of Early American Coppers, Colonial Coin Collectors Club, John Reich Collectors Society, Liberty Seated Collectors Club and numerous other coin organizations. I have similar items to this in my inventory. Just do an Internet search for “Dave Wnuck Numismatics” or “DaveWcoins” to learn more about my company and its offerings.
