Antique New Century Atlas of Counties of the State Of New York Everts Publishing Co New York - Philadelphia 1912 Official records, government and state surveys, and expert personal investigations of the records and latest reliable data of each of the counties. As you can see in the photos - the hard cover has issues - basically missing the binding/ side cover. The book measures 24 x 15 1/4 and just over 1 1/2" thick. The pages inside seem to be in very good condition, with just the first ones have the spots on them - the maps all seem to be in very good condition. There are 253 pages in it. The back of the map pages are blank - so you can take them out and hang the map. I've seen these taken out and sold individually - i have no desire to take the book apart - preferring to keep it together and selling it as it is. Don't believe there are any pages missing from it - but it hasn't been checked page by page. The person that had this before i acquired it has had very 30-40 years - and they haven't taken anything out of it either. You are buying as is. Please use pictures as part of my description.
