Miniature hand-crank metal sewing machine, vintage Germany - $100 - (Fernandina Beach, FL)

This antique toy sewing machine is a sweet little treasure and would make a great addition to a collection. The sewing machine was made in Germany with the Eagle holding a key stamped mark on the plate and has a black finish with gold, orange and olive green flower design. The splayed legs add stability and the front and back half-circle holes would be for securing the machine to a base. This Miniature hand-crank sewing machine could have been either a salesman’s sample or a child’s sewing machine. ThIs antique sewing machine is in working order and appears to have all its parts. The crank and the foot-lever are in working order. And there is even a needle. The toy has minimum ageing and imperfection and appears to have been greatly and gently loved.
